Video storytelling projects can be implemented in many ways. These are my suggestions for implementing a successful video storytelling project. The video storytelling project process usually consists of these components- storyboarding, materials creation and collection, story creation, edits, final submission, the viewing, feedback, and assessment. When possible, the teacher should have learners contribute created or collected materials to their stories. These collected or created materials may include pictures taken by the student, sounds recorded, video clips of their surroundings, and drawings.
Teachers begin to design a video digital storytelling project by first determining the objectives and purpose behind the project. We can have students create a video story for various purposes, which include to:

recreate an event in modern times

reflect on a story that is being studied

contextualize a difficult concept such as a math word problem

research and analyze historical events or figures

exchange information about themselves with peers
- explore new vocabulary and chapter themes
